We are currently seeking a
full-time
Service Assistant (m/f/d) for an international industrial company in Nuremberg.


Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing daytoday operations in the Professional Service Group
  • Scheduling and dispatching consultants for network and identification technology
  • Coordinating and preparing customer trainings and service assignments
  • Creating and processing offers and orders

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education
  • Professional experience in the abovementioned field
  • Knowledge of processes related to assignment is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • Good English skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Structured and independent work style
