The editorial team of Nordsee-Zeitung GmbH is currently seeking a full-time Nachrichtenredakteur (m/w/d) to join our team in Bremerhaven as soon as possible.

What tasks can you expect? Our "News and Production" team produces several local sections as well as the main section for all nine titles of the Nordsee editorial community and publishes relevant content on the web without delay.

In your role, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and selecting incoming information/content (texts, images) for further processing and timely publication.

You will edit texts for the local and main sections in both web and print, always keeping the relevance for the respective audience in mind.

The need for quick online publication in case of breaking news is second nature to you.

Depending on your specific role in our "News and Production" department, you will take responsibility for the quality of our products.

You will regularly contribute your own opinions to enrich our online and print products. You will work closely with our editors and freelance contributors to ensure that we offer our readers
