Research Associate (m/f/d) in the field of cultural philosophy

approx. 1 year (to cover maternity leave and parental leave)

Working hours:

50%

We are a university with a focus on engineering and natural sciences, as well as economics, human sciences, and medicine.

As part of a parental leave replacement, we are looking to fill a half-time research associate position. The chair of Prof. Schürmann in the Philosophy department is responsible for the areas of philosophical anthropology, cultural and technology philosophy.

Your tasks:

Conducting courses (2 hours per week) and participating in colloquia
Supervising student theses and supporting academic selfadministration
Research services

Your profile:

You have experience in the field of media philosophy and aesthetics, as well as teaching experience through teaching assignments at other universities
You have a completed academic degree
