Under the umbrella of the Deutsche Investment Group, the company currently manages assets of approximately 3.3 billion EUR at seven locations with around 340 specialists.

In addition to customized investment solutions, the real estate specialist offers investors integrated and highly professional services around the property - such as fund, asset, transaction, property, facility management, and project development.


Responsibilities:


As a working student (m/f/d) in the transaction management department, you will support us in acquiring new investment opportunities and enter incoming offers into the property database.

You will prepare profitability calculations in the in-house cash flow model and select offers according to investment strategies.

In addition, you will support your team members in creating decision templates for investor committees, as well as coordinating and evaluating due diligence.

You will also support the company's software re-implementation as part of further digitalization and in the area of organization.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration or a degree with a focus on real estate management or comparable qualifications
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Systematic and wellorganized work style with strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities
  • High level of commitment and responsibility
  • Strong team and communication skills
