Our company focuses on three main areas of business:
gastronomy, supplying government agencies, canteens, and offices, and operating our own beverage stores in Berlin and Brandenburg. Kalbus & Schmidt currently employs over 80 employees.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our Berlin location to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive and process beverage orders from our business customers (gastronomy, hotels, companies)
  • Enter orders into our computer system
  • Provide product advice to customers
  • Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse for nextday beverage deliveries

Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to work flexibly in a 2shift system
  • Friendly and helpful phone manner
  • Knowledge of beverage products
