The St. Antonius House is a facility for child and youth welfare with residential and outpatient services.

we are currently looking for:

Childcare Workers (m/f/d)

for our therapeutic residential group homes, starting immediately or as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Providing educational and nursing care, support, and development for children and adolescents in accordance with the organization's and facility's concept.
Planning, organizing, and implementing educational work as well as educational and support planning.
Individual support for children and adolescents.
Collaboration with parents and youth welfare offices.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed training in the field of childcare.
You possess a sense of responsibility, commitment, resilience, and teamwork skills.
You are motivated to accompany the children and adolescents entrusted to us in their development.
Ideally, you have professional experience and empathy in dealing with behaviorally challenged children and adolescents.
