We are currently seeking a
Shared Use Coordinator (m/f/d) at our location in Duisburg.
Your Responsibilities
- Request, provide, and file existing documents
- Obtain and review radio and construction permits
- Coordinate shared use at rooftop locations (active/passive)
- Internal technical coordination
- Submit construction start notifications
- Send invitations for BTB (buildingtobuilding) meetings
- Compile and provide final documentation
- Create contract accompanying sheets and process contract end (shared use agreements)
- Maintain status values, data, and document filing (Netsite)
- Key topics, defect issues
Your Qualifications
- Commercial or technical education or equivalent qualification
- Firsthand experience in the telecommunications industry
- Mobile communications sector
- Relevant experience in shared use
- Technical understanding, ideally with some exposure to construction plans
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in written and spoken German
