Your tasks:


  • Leadership and development of employees, as well as ensuring necessary certifications
  • Responsibility for the quality and performance of the group
  • Disposition of tasks and resources to ensure daily operations
  • Responsibility for balanced communication through team and individual discussions, and ensuring regular flow of information
  • Contact person for existing clients for situational conflict resolution in case of problems
  • Identification of process optimizations and participation in their implementation
  • Ensuring the training of new employees and compliance with regulatory requirements

Your profile:


  • A degree with a focus on real estate (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration)
  • Certification according to HypZert (S), ideally also HypZert (F), or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the real estate sector, ideally in real estate valuation
  • Knowledge of LORA software and common MS Office products
  • Decisionmaking and design skills, as well as enjoyment of leadership
