Responsibilities:

Managing and motivating employees (team of 5)
Reviewing, planning, and optimizing warehouse efficiency
Conducting regular quality checks and ensuring smooth operation of all warehouse processes
Assisting with inventory management
Monitoring and controlling all goods and material movements
Monitoring equipment and facilities
Ensuring compliance with the company's sustainability standards
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, policies, and quality standards in the warehouse and workshop
Continuously contributing to internal process optimization
Responsible for facility management at the Langenhagen location

Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills and ability to build crossfunctional networks
Completed training in logistics or a comparable qualification
Extensive knowledge in warehouse logistics, distribution measures, and cost calculation
Proficient in working with computer and warehouse management systems
