- Supporting the Stop Loss Specialist in managing claims submissions.
- Auditing reimbursement requests and ensuring compliance with plan terms.
- Obtaining necessary documentation for reimbursement eligibility evaluation.
- Developing relationships with vendors for client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the team on claim notifications and reserves.
- Assisting with reporting and research projects as needed.
- 3+ years of healthcare claims experience with auditing background.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and Word.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Understanding of plan documents, stop loss, or cost containment.
