Job Title: Service Dispatcher

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Dispatcher to join our team in Timnath, CO. As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating service calls and dispatching technicians to various job sites. This position offers a competitive pay range of $20.50 to $25.50 per hour, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, life insurance, short-term disability, vacation, sick time, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming service requests and inquiries from customers
Schedule and dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently and effectively
Coordinate with field personnel to ensure timely arrival and completion of service calls
Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and job status
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations
Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during service calls with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
Previous experience in a dispatching or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications and software
