Our client is a leading technology company in the real estate industry, committed to making buildings climate-neutral.


To expand the team at the Hamburg location, we are currently looking for a Construction Manager for HVAC / Building Services (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Technical assessment of building services with a focus on heating, drinking water, and cooling
  • Documentation and supervision of the installation of technical systems
  • Technical leadership of installation teams
  • Responsibility for the quality of installations
  • Commissioning and acceptance of systems at customer sites

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical training in the field of heating and plumbing, electrical engineering, or a similar field
  • Structured work approach, reliability, willingness to travel, and flexibility
  • Professional experience in construction supervision for HVAC systems
