First point of contact for customer payers (health insurance companies) for all matters
Order control through work lists and reports
Written and telephone negotiations to clarify individual cases for an assigned customer base
Achieving invoicing targets
Timely retrieval of reminders and reminders for noninvoiced offers and cost estimates
Ensuring customer satisfaction by reducing complaints

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial training
