We are currently seeking a
Customer Advisor / Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in full-time to join our team in Cedar Hill Lakes, MO:


Responsibilities:


  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers who reach out through digital channels with a request for consultation
  • You will ask the right questions, advise and support the customer on the topic of hearing and modern hearing solutions
  • You will be responsible for coordinating appointments for consultations with our colleagues at the local store
  • You will support the customer throughout their journey towards better hearing and be available for any followup questions
  • You will closely coordinate with your colleagues at the store to provide the best advice, support, and individual
