As the Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Ensuring customer service and high quality products are delivered when the General Manager is not on duty (or, y'know, all the time)
  • Successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and worldclass customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift
  • Training, developing, and leading your team by example

Requirements:

At this time, this position is open only to applicants with some form of previous Jimmy John's experience.
