Description

Immediate start - Location: Hengersberg (DE)

Your tasks will include:

Development of new workwear models/collections
Grading of patterns
Consumption calculation and creation of lay plans for costing and production
Technical product development from prototype to production readiness
Creation of technical documents such as descriptions, measurement tables, etc.
Optimization of products in terms of quality, fit, processing, and materials fitting trials
Maintenance and revision of production documents
Implementation of customer requirements into a product
Close collaboration with purchasing, quality department, sustainability, and sample group
Independent communication with suppliers

What you bring to the table:

Pattern and clothing technical training and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in pattern development
preferably in the development of workwear
Assertiveness and analytical thinking skills
Pattern and CAD knowledge preferably in the CAD system Assyst
Enthusiasm and sense for innovative trends
Team player
Good German and English skills
