For a renowned client in City-North, we are currently seeking team leaders (m/f/d) and deputy team leaders (m/f/d) for temporary employment and direct placement.

Then you are in the right place This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Your responsibilities

  • Participation in daily operations, including events
  • Ensuring the quality of service offerings
  • Managing a team of multiple employees
  • Shift and vacation planning
  • Point of contact for your team's needs
  • Continuous development and motivation of your team
  • Fulltime, Monday to Friday, between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm

Your profile

  • Completed training in the hospitality industry (preferably as a restaurant or hotel specialist)
  • Previous experience in leading small teams is an advantage
  • High level of commitment and expertise
  • Strong communication
