The Anna Haag Multigenerational House is an intergenerational social enterprise that is well-known beyond the borders of Stuttgart due to its unique profile.

Following the idea of a "large family," we bring together a senior center, an educational center, and a daycare center under one roof.

We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Area Manager (m/f/d) for our senior center.

Our senior center at the Anna Haag Multigenerational House is home to 84 senior citizens, 76 of whom are in permanent care and eight in short-term care.

The special profile of the house is characterized by the interactions between young and old. Small, manageable living groups create a family-like atmosphere.

In addition, the living areas have been designed in such a way that residents with limited mobility can also participate in community activities.


Your responsibilities:
Managing a care living area with 27 residents Ensuring basic and medical care for residents Caring for residents according to recognized nursing scientific knowledge Personnel management and development Ensuring appropriate staffing Planning and coordinating work processes Actively promoting and shaping quality management Your profile: Training as a nursing professional - nurse, male nurse, female nurse, geriatric nurse or health and nursing care nurse (m/f/d) Management experience, preferably with qualification as a residential area manager Leadership and organizational skills as well as implementation ability Social skills in dealing with residents, relatives, and employees Service-oriented work style Ability to pass on professional knowledge and work experience to employees Proficient in using
