Description
Our client is a mother-father-child facility with approximately 120 beds located in the Ravensburg area. They are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Medical Director (m/f/d) for their rehabilitation center.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the treatment of patients
  • Managing and organizing admissions, diagnostics, and treatment for parents and their children
  • Assessing previous medical records, creating and monitoring rehabilitation plans
  • Clinical duties and responsibility for maintaining quality standards in therapy offerings
  • Leading the team of doctors and therapists
  • Training and development of staff
  • Ensuring the use of IT for medical documentation processes

Your profile should include:

  • Medical degree (m/f/d) in general medicine or psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy
