We are currently seeking a Project and Training Employee for our workshop area (m/f/d) to join our established mobility company.

For many years, we have provided our passengers with efficient and punctual local transportation. Today, our subsidiary Süd Thüringen Bahn GmbH employs over 550 people and provides transportation services in four federal states. Our services consistently rank highly in the quality ranking of the Bavarian Railway Company.


Responsibilities:

  • Training workshop employees in new processes, work instructions, and occupational safety
  • Preparation and training of maintenance documents
  • Regular training for workshop employees
  • Leading and implementing the project "Digitization of operating books/maintenance documents"
  • Supporting material management/warehouse in master data setup and procurement of materials for new vehicles
  • Participation in the project for warehouse restructuring/expansion/furnishing/modernization/optimization
  • Support for workshop management and procurement in operational tasks and project work
  • Representing workshop management and supporting in the monitoring of test equipment
  • Participation in the further development of the ERP system CareOffice

Requirements:

  • Completed technical education
  • Further education as an engineer/technician/master or extensive professional experience
  • High level of independence, safety awareness, and reliability
  • Teamwork and customeroriented approach
  • Clean criminal record, driver's license, and vehicle
