Project Assistant (m/f/d) Planning and Construction at Rosedale, OK

We are a subsidiary of Flughafen München GmbH and operate approximately 85% of the gastronomic establishments at Munich Airport. With currently around 800 employees, we ensure a diverse and attractive gastronomy. Our mix of franchise, license, and our own strong brands includes concepts such as Käfer, Coffee Fellows, Hans im Glück, Dallmayr, and many more.

As a Project Assistant (m/f/d), you will plan and oversee the construction and renovation of gastronomic units on and around the airport campus.

As part of the Planning and Construction team, you will work closely with internal departments, external architects, craftsmen, and suppliers, and act as a liaison to coordinate project steps with the parent company, Flughafen München.

In your role as the client's representative, you will oversee projects from the initial concept to the final commissioning. Additionally, you will support the team with maintenance measures.

Your future tasks

Participate in and conceptualize new construction/renovation/maintenance of approximately 50 gastronomic units
Support construction projects in all HOAI phases, coordinate with external planning offices and companies
Project management and client representation for construction projects
Ensure projectspecific goals are met in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality/functionality
Prepare tender documents and participate in the awarding process
