You are responsible for the sales and profit development as well as budget planning of the branch, ensuring the goals at the Blum location.
As a salesoriented "entrepreneur on site", you are responsible for ensuring and optimizing efficient processes and procedures based on predefined KPIs.
You take on direct professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for employees in the commercial and industrial sectors, driving both the personal development of each individual and the team's overall development.
You maintain close communication with all relevant interfaces within the company group, especially HR, purchasing, finance, and occupational safety.
In this context, you monitor the implementation, compliance, and training of all HSSE regulations (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) at your branch.

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree in business administration we value your strong technical and business understanding.
You have several years of professional experience in specialized building material trade, the building material industry, or a comparable industry.
You possess strong sales skills and a deep understanding of customers, as well as existing market knowledge in the Blum area.
Your teamoriented approach and experience in involving all parties in the process help you gain the acceptance of your employees.
