Summary

SecuriGence is seeking a talented Quality Manager to help contribute to our success. We are seeking a highly motivated and experience leader to join our team as a Quality Manager.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our quality management systems, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards, and leading the development and implementation of governance frameworks.

Duties:


Documentation Development:

Translate technical specifications, procedures, and requirements into user-friendly documentation for end-users, administrators, and technical staff.


Knowledge Management Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement in knowledge sharing processes.

Establish best practices and guidelines for knowledge creation, capture, storage, and dissemination.


Knowledge Capture and Organization:

Design and implement systems and processes for capturing and organizing knowledge assets, including documents, data, and expertise.

Develop taxonomies, metadata schemas, and other classification methods to ensure information is easily accessible and searchable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical knowledge areas and prioritize content creation efforts.


Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration:

Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.

Implement tools and platforms to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration, such as intranet portals, wikis, and social networking platforms.

Provide training and support to employees on knowledge management tools and techniques.


Continuous Improvement:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.

Gather feedback from stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements.

Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in knowledge management.


Quality Assurance:

Conduct reviews and audits of technical documentation to ensure adherence to style guidelines, standards, and templates.

Perform usability testing and gather feedback from end-users to identify areas for improvement and refinement.

Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Knowledge Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience with knowledge management tools and technologies, such as content management systems, collaboration platforms, and data analytics tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Project management experience is a plus.

Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes is a plus.
