Your responsibilities:


  • Support in booking processes in accounts receivable accounting
  • Processing of customer contacts regarding accounts receivable master data
  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone and in writing
  • Development and revision of presentations
  • Optimization and digitalization of processes

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or several years of relevant professional experience in the field of debt management
  • Enthusiasm for customer service and finance, with some experience in one of these areas
  • Quick adaptation to new tasks and systems, and a good understanding of numbers
  • Analytical and conceptual way of working
  • Team player
