Your Tasks

  • Your tasks include the creation and analysis of hydraulic components for a water turbine.
  • You analyze the geometries analytically and using methods of numerical flow simulation.
  • You compare the analyses to measurements on real plants or in the in-house test laboratory and optimize the geometry or expand the analysis methods if necessary.
  • You work across disciplines with experts from simulation, measurement technology, hydraulic design, and strength calculation.
  • Your work contributes to current issues that support the energy transition.
