We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager (m/f/d) Multichannel Market Area to join our team at Rock City Savings Bank.

After a period of training, you will take on a responsible advisory role in the individual customer segment with leadership responsibilities at our bank.

Your responsibilities:

You will represent and support the Head of Multichannel Market Area in the following tasks:

  • Management and coordination of the area of responsibility, including target agreement process
  • Ensuring the sales success of the market area
  • Employee development and leadership
  • Conducting sales training measures

You will advise assigned individual customers:

  • You will build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations. Through systematic needs analyses, you will successfully sell selected active, passive, and service products of our bank and our network partners.
