Overview of the Training:

Degree: Certified Social Care Worker, recognized by the state

Duration: 3 years, alternating between theory and practical training

Start: annually in October

Location: F+U Education Campus Heidelberg, directly across from Heidelberg Central Station

Organization and Training Content:
  • Theory + practical training alternating
  • In addition to 2 days of school per week, there are block weeks on selected topics

The lessons are based on methods of adult education; we favor self-organized, self-responsible forms of learning. You will acquire competencies in various modules. Module 2 and Module 4 are examination modules.
