What you will be doing with us:

  • You will be responsible for implementing the rights and obligations of the commercial property and rental management of our REWE stores in the South region.
  • You will be in charge of scheduling and ensuring compliance with deadlines, terms, and all rental payments.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing and implementing rent increases, rent reductions, rent withholdings, and replacement measures with the landlord.
  • You will create rental documents. In particular, the ongoing processing of operating and utility costs and their settlement will be your main focus in the future.
  • The termination of sublease agreements, as well as the preparation of termination and option declarations, are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will handle correspondence with tenants and landlords, as well as communication with various internal interfaces, service providers, and authorities.
  • You will be responsible for debt management and the administration of service contracts.
  • You will handle ongoing system and data maintenance.
