working student in the field of User Research Coordination to support our Research Design Operations team at our location in
Berlin.

The Design Operations team's task is to support our design and research teams in their daily work.

To do this, we develop systems that enable the entire design organization to continuously evolve and work together with our users to achieve the best results for the development of our products.


Your tasks:

To support the team, we are looking for a motivated working student to assist us in recruiting medical professionals and patients for our research


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, selecting, and coordinating research participants from our pool
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders from various research teams to coordinate product development processes
  • Maintaining and updating documentation on our entire recruitment process and all related tasks
  • Continuously improving our recruitment processes by identifying weaknesses and developing systemic solutions
  • Collaborating with our legal and finance teams to facilitate contract negotiation and compensation for participants

During your time with us, you will:

  • Learn how product and design teams use research to make user-focused decisions as part of a larger product development process
  • Get to know the work of a user research team within a design organization and gain a comprehensive understanding of the methods used
  • Learn how the work of the Design Operations team affects the entire design organization and enables it to achieve scalable results
