Service Management Consultant (m/f/d)

As a Service Management Consultant at Materna

You advise IT organizations and departments in ITSM and enterprise service management projects and in the further development of their systems and technologies.
You analyze the requirements and challenges of our customers in managing their IT and non-IT services.
You design optimized processes and the necessary technical environment.
You take on the implementation of software solutions and consult our customers on planning, conception, and use of the software.
You conduct tests and implement software solutions.
You work in teams using agile and traditional development methods.
