TR PLAST GROUP is an internationally operating company based in Neumarkt in the Oberpfalz.

As a manufacturer of plastic injection molded components and systems, TR PLAST GROUP supports development and takes on project management from tooling to serial production.

Assembly and surface finishing complete the range of services as a supplier with a focus on the automotive and commercial vehicle industry.

TR PLAST GROUP operates at 3 locations with approximately 300 employees. The Ebeleben/ Thüringen location employs around 80 people. Responsibilities include setting up, starting, monitoring, and documenting machines and equipment in a process-safe manner. Independently perform tool changes according to the schedule. Adjust and optimize handling devices. In a 3-shift operation, independently support and optimize the production process in case of problems.

Requirements include a successfully completed apprenticeship as a process mechanic for plastic and rubber technology or a comparable education, or several years of experience as a machine setter/ converter.

Service and team-oriented work and openness to new ideas are essential. Must be able to work independently, reliably, and with a focus on quality. Respectful and clear communication is expected.
