Apprenticeship as a hotel specialist (m/f/d)

Hotel specialists take care of guests from arrival to departure, organize housekeeping and breakfast service, and manage events. They also handle administrative tasks in reservations and sales. They are all-rounders who are proficient in working in different areas of a hospitality business. Their main tasks include reservations and reception. They are also trained in food and beverage (service and kitchen), housekeeping (room design and maintenance), inventory management, and marketing. This allows them to oversee the interfaces between departments and ensure that quality is consistent and operations run smoothly. Professional communication with guests is a common thread throughout all tasks, whether in personal sales or consulting conversations, at check-in, or through digital channels.

  • Start date
  • The apprenticeship lasts for 3 years​
  • ​​Theory and practical blocks alternate (2 or 3 weeks each)
