Description

The city of Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale is currently seeking a building technician / road construction master / construction draftsman or equivalent (m/f/d) as a technical employee for the building department on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the maintenance of the city's infrastructure in the field of civil engineering
    (maintenance, upkeep, new construction coordination)
  • Basic data collection for planning, tendering, awarding and settlement
    of municipal construction projects
  • Accompaniment, documentation and warranty processing of municipal
    road and civil engineering projects
  • Construction supervision and management for municipal road and civil engineering projects

We expect:

  • Training as a state-certified building technician / master / road construction master
    construction draftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable specialized training
  • Knowledge of construction and procurement law is desirable
  • Proficiency in relevant software products
  • Reliability, commitment and performance readiness
  • Teamwork skills
