Description
To strengthen our team in Tauberbischofsheim, Piney, AR, we are looking for a Purchaser (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Timely and demandoriented procurement of components and services
- Monitoring of delivery quantities, delivery dates, and services
- Handling of complaints
- Maintenance and archiving of supplier and material master data
- Invoice clarification
- Coordination with different departments within the company
- Identifying and utilizing potential cost savings
- Obtaining quotes, negotiating conditions and prices, and creating and presenting price comparisons
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial studies and/or commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience, ideally with further education in the field of purchasing/logistics
- Professional experience in purchasing in a company in the machinery or vehicle construction industry
- Solutionoriented, analytical, and structured way of working
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness, as well as communication and teamwork skills
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably infor) and proficient in MS Office applications
