HERE'S WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT:

Monitoring and planning of construction projects in the field of building services, with a focus on heating, ventilation, and plumbing
Coordination and supervision of construction execution
Liaison between the construction site and project management
Instruction and coordination of subcontractors
Preparation of documentation and planning documents
Preparation of offers, procurement of materials, and invoicing
Coordination of processes during the construction phase
Work preparation and personnel management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Completed qualification in the field of building services, automation technology, or as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
Professional experience as a manager is desirable
Proficiency in using computer applications
Possession of a class B driver's license
