Your tasks * Support and deputy of the back office manager * Co-responsible for a timely and customer-oriented process of orders from quotation to invoicing * Purchasing process and goods receipt for our special machine construction department * Monthly execution of the invoicing process including financial reporting * Administration of the time recording system including hour control and evaluations * Active participation in the further development of back office processes * Receiving and forwarding incoming calls * Customer reception, welcoming visitors * General document archiving * Various other administrative tasks * Administrative support in the HR department Your profile * Technical basic education with commercial further education or * Commercial basic education (preferably in a technical environment) * A higher education degree in a relevant field
