Your daily tasks:

  • You organize and plan work processes in the housekeeping department
  • You lead your team cooperatively, professionally, organizationally, and disciplinarily
  • You help develop new processes related to housekeeping
  • You comply with current regulations and hygiene guidelines and implement legal requirements
  • You support your team with cleaning tasks

Your strengths:

  • You have completed training as a housekeeper
    or are a master in housekeeping
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in a leadership position
  • You have a serviceoriented personality with an eye for detail
  • You lead by example with a cooperative and motivating leadership style
  • You work in a structured and economicallyminded manner
  • You enjoy making decisions and can assert yourself
