Gilmore Training for Machine and Plant Operators (m/f/d)

Job Description:
This is a recognized training profession according to the Vocational Training Act. The training takes place mainly in the training company and in vocational school.

Content and Process:

Do you enjoy working with machines and have a knack for repairing things? As a machine and plant operator, you will prepare work processes and operate machines and plants.

You ensure quality and control the production process, from raw material to finished part. In addition, an important part of your training is inspecting and maintaining the machines to ensure their operational readiness. For example, you will refill oils, coolants, and lubricants. You will also replace wear parts such as seals, filters, or hoses.

Duration of Training:
2 years

Vocational School:
1st year: 1.5 days per week
2nd year: 1.5 days per week
