Your responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact for technical and application-specific support inquiries from our customers You independently process tickets in first and second-level support, classify them, and carry out error correction You prepare third-level inquiries for our development teams You define change requests in collaboration with our customers You coordinate and perform software updates on customer systems You conduct customer trainings You create and maintain knowledge content You maintain our ticket management system and contribute to its maintenance Your qualifications: You have excellent communication skills and ensure professional customer interaction You actively contribute to our positive team communication You have completed training in the IT field or have comparable professional experience, first experience in the SAP environment is an advantage You enjoy working independently as well as in a team and impress with an open, friendly demeanor You have a passion for telephone and written contact with our customers Service orientation, reliability, and a high quality standard are your strengths You are technically savvy and feel at home in the IT environment You are fluent in German and have good English skills Your benefits: Culture: open
