Your tasks at the check-in counter in Munich:

  • Greeting and assisting passengers during check-in
  • Issuing boarding passes and handling baggage tasks
  • Providing information on flight times, gate information, and general inquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable safety and quality standards

You bring the following qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training or secondary school diploma, preferably in a commercial field or in the hotel and catering industry (m/f/d)
  • Enjoyment of providing service to Lufthansa passengers
  • Reliability check according to §7 LuftSiG (German Aviation Security Act) is an advantage
