We are looking for support for our top-notch Real Estate M&A team in the area of Knowledge Management at our locations in Berlin, Frankfurt or Hamburg.


Your responsibilities:

  • Leading a wellestablished Knowledge Management team with currently two research assistants in Hamburg
  • Further development of best practice knowledge in the field of Real Estate M&A in Germany
  • Analysis of relevant legislative procedures and case law, as well as preparation of newsletters
  • Conceptualization and preparation of conferences and training events
  • Identification of current legal topics and trends for business development initiatives and preparation of client briefings
  • Further development of Legal Tech applications in collaboration with the Freshfields Lab in Berlin
  • Collaboration with associates and partners from client work and knowledge departments on a national and global level
  • Utilization and further development of our knowhow databases
  • Maintenance of the inhouse database and updating of template documents

Your profile:

  • You have completed your legal studies with aboveaverage success and have gained experience as a lawyer in a major law firm
  • You have excellent English skills
  • You enjoy leading a young team
  • You have a passion for Legal Tech
