Description
Your tasks:
- Technical and economic consulting for planners and builders
- Object acquisition and support from tendering to contract award
- Establishment and maintenance of a network between architects, planners, builders, and investors
- Market observation and competition analysis
- Conducting presentations for architects and planners, etc.
- Attending trade events and further education opportunities
- Planning and conducting object meetings as a team
- Managing and tracking object lists in CRM
Your profile:
- Technical degree, master craftsman or business administrator
- Experience in sales in the construction industry is desirable
- Ideally, experience in consultative direct sales of construction chemical products
- Strong and sustainable in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong customer orientation
- Team spirit and above-average commitment
