For our medium-sized client in Hamburg, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our back office as part of direct personnel placement.

Your responsibilities:

Processing incoming customer orders
Processing applications
Maintaining master data
Handling complaints
Inbound telephone customer service

Your profile:

Completed commercial education
First professional experience in a similar position desirable
High willingness to learn and good communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts
