    Your responsibilities:
  • Organizing and coordinating all work processes during the shift
  • Leading and organizing shift personnel
  • Conducting employee meetings
  • Conducting safety trainings and instructions
  • Responsibility for production output and quality
  • Troubleshooting machine and equipment malfunctions
  • Taking appropriate measures in case of quality deviations

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, or equivalent qualification through practical experience
  • Very good knowledge of operating injection molding machines and optimizing injection molding processes is required
  • Ideally several years of experience in a similar position with personnel responsibility (shift leader, team leader, group leader)
  • Good communication skills towards employees and internal departments
  • Assertiveness, resilience, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in a continuous shift system
