Responsibilities

To strengthen our team at our Berlin location, we are looking for a Betriebskostenabrechner (m/f/d)

  • Booking of operating costrelated invoices
  • Communication with service providers
  • Plausibility check of electricity, water, and energy consumption
  • Preparation and review of heating cost statements
  • Timely preparation of utility cost statements
  • Processing of objections
Qualifications

  • Successfully completed training in the real estate sector or equivalent degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in operating cost accounting is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong drive and good problemsolving skills
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written, knowledge of English is desirable
