- Hold a degree in (industrial) engineering or have completed a technical training with relevant qualifications
- Have several years of professional experience in the automotive supplier industry
- Possess good technical knowledge in the automotive sector
- Demonstrate high levels of commitment, communication skills, and problem-solving strategies, as well as experience in teamwork
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
