Here's what you can expect from us:

Your apprenticeship will start on and will last for 3 years.
Training location: You will complete the practical part of your training in various departments at our regional office in Dresden. You will assist customers over the phone or via email in different specialized departments. Together with your training supervisor, you will make decisions on insurance applications and handle claims.
Contacts: At the regional office, you will be supported by a training team. In the different departments, you will be mentored by colleagues who will introduce you to the tasks of their respective departments, be available for questions, and work with you.
During your apprenticeship, you will attend a vocational school where you will learn the necessary technical knowledge.
Additionally, you will also get a taste of the field by spending a few weeks in the field and participating in extensive seminars on our product world.
