JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

This is a 75% full-time equivalency (FTE) appointment working 30 hours per week. Full Penn State benefits included. This position is a limited-term position with a good possibility of re-funding. This position has the potential for a hybrid working arrangement. Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process.


Education and Experience:

The position requires a High School Diploma/GED o r an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position also requires basic computer knowledge and skills, excellent communication (oral and written) skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

General computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and online documents (i.e., Google Docs and O365 Forms) are required.

Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential. The ability to communicate proficiently in the Spanish language (oral, reading, and writing skills) is required. Knowledge and experience with FileMaker Pro or a similar database system are preferred.

The pay range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$34, $50,500.00

CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:


Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).

The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
