Responsibilities:

We bring Mercedes-Benz Cars to the road - with enthusiasm and passion

We accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products to market launch and product support and evaluation.

We support service organizations worldwide, potentially on-site. In doing so, we work primarily with our partners from GSP, development, production, purchasing, legal, and quality.

We create operating instructions, write diagnostic procedures, and are experts in parts technology, as well as product evaluation and regulation.

Our task is to keep unauthorized claims from the company at bay, from youngtimers to new cars.

Our team in after-sales is responsible for the technical clarification of exceptional customer complaints.

The team investigates various topics on the vehicle and offers a variety of opportunities to contribute one's own talents in daily work.

Therefore, we are looking for reinforcement who is also willing to pitch in and support colleagues in their daily challenges.

The student job takes place in Böblingen with a maximum of 16 hours per week. After training, partial remote work is possible. The start date is as soon as possible.
