We are looking for an Application Consultant (m/f/d) to implement our innovative catering concept as a digital solution for the care market for a leading food wholesale company based in NRW.

You will visit customers on site and be available for questions and issues via video call.


Initially, you will primarily work in the NRW region, with the potential for national travel throughout Germany, so a high willingness to travel is required.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the operational implementation of the concept at the customer's site
  • You will handle onboarding, coaching, and training of processes
  • You will conduct feedback discussions with kitchen staff, facility managers, and CEOs
  • You will provide ongoing onsite, telephone, or video call support and advice to customers
  • You will act as a liaison between the company and the customer

Qualifications:

  • Experience in system gastronomy, communal catering, or catering
  • Alternatively, experience in application consulting
  • You have a passion for customer consulting and customer care
  • You have a quick grasp and are open to new input
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • High willingness to travel within Germany
